What exactly is The Blü Jae?

I'm a one-person shop dedicated to creating unique, handcrafted items and original digital art prints. Everything you find here is designed and made by me!

Are your art prints digital or physical?

I offer both!

• Digital Art Prints: These are files (usually high-resolution JPEG or PNG) that you download instantly and print yourself.

• Physical Art Prints: These are professionally printed and shipped directly to you. The product description will specify which type you are purchasing.

Are the hand-crafted items identical? 

Because I craft each piece individually, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and part of the charm! Your item will be unique and one-of-a-kind.

📦 Ordering and Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? 

Since I'm a solo operation and many items are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for me to craft, pack, and prepare your physical items for shipment. Digital prints are available immediately.

How long will shipping take?

 Once your order is processed (3-5 business days), shipping time typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships out.

Do you ship internationally?

 Currently, I only ship items within in the U.S.

What is your return policy?

• Digital Prints: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final and cannot be refunded.

• Physical Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to find a solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

How can I contact you? 

The quickest way to get in touch is by replying to your order confirmation email or by using the contact form on the website. I handle all customer service personally and aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
